You will be running 1 to 2 events per month in Metro Manila, Cebu and also nationwide to promote our brands. These events include promotional socials, technical training, and exhibit participation. They need to be managed well, from conceptualization to logistics, and to participation. And the success of these events must be measurable.
Online Presence and Campaigns
You will be focusing on the company's online assets. Specifically, social media accounts that represent our brands need to be monitored - e.g. fast reply to messages with witty responses that embody the position of the company, regular checks on subscriber following, and fun and relevant updates to keep the account trending positively. You will have to know or at least quickly learn the essential skills in online marketing such as SEO and booster campaigns.
You will be able to run e-mail campaigns that will drive sales and awareness. You will also handle the company's websites and keep the content fresh.
You will be responsible for designing fun artwork to be applied to all our marketing assets such as promotional items, catalogs, website content, signages, and other media.
Partner and Channels Management
You will be introduced to the company's network of partners, clients, and affiliated organizations. You will execute the management's strategy to engage them to promote mutual success.
Education and Experience
Must not be boring.
Excellent verbal or written communication skills, preferably both.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing: Advertising, or any related studies.
Has knowledge in traditional and digital advertising.
Willing to do fieldwork for events and other marketing activities.
Has lead or had a management role in a marketing campaign.
Dynamic, cheerful, and has a "go-getter" attitude.
Knowledge in using design software in creating layouts, email banner, and the like, is an advantage.
Knowledge in photography and video editing is an advantage.
